Christmas is definitely in the air in the Coosa District lately. On Tuesday, November 22, Polk/Paulding Ranger I, Tim Sosebee assisted Georgia Building Authority (GBA) personnel by transporting the Christmas tree for the Governor’s mansion from Haralson County to the Governor’s Mansion, getting the valued tree there safely. Then on Monday, November 28, Barrow/Clarke/Jackson/Oconee Chief Ranger, Tim Joy and Ranger I, Richard Mathews operated the GFC tree spade to dig and lift a red cedar and assist GBA personnel with loading the Christmas tree for the Capitol Rotunda. Tim and Richard also traveled to the Capitol to assist with the delivery of the tree.
A big thank you to these Coosa folks for helping make the holidays a little brighter at both the Governor’s Mansion and the State Capitol.
